zoo and easter

 I have been wanting to take P to the zoo forever and this saturday seemed like the last chance before it gets too hot! It was so fun for her even though most of the animals were asleep...her faces were priceless.

Easter was so fun at our house and full of "tandy" and trying to learn about Jesus (her new favorite thing to say about Jesus is "He lives"...she says it about a hundered times a day!)

anniversary

I can't believe I have been married for five years to this amazing person. He is truly my best friend in the whole world. I love him so much and can't imagine my life without him. I love that I get to be sealed to him forever. He makes me laugh. He makes me feel so safe. Wherever he is I want to be too...he is truly the love of my life and I am so lucky to have found him! I would like to thank Chelsea and Mountain View cafeteria for bringing us together! hahaha

On another completely ridiculous and self centered note, I had to take the time to congratulate myself on accomplishing a huge goal of mine....to fit back in my wedding dress by my 5 year anniversary!(vain I know but just indulge me for one sec. and I will never mention it again) after I got married I instantly gained 15 pounds and never was able to get it off...add the 50  I gained bringing miss P into the world (worth it) and I had quite the mountain to climb but I did it! with the help of weight watchers, spin classes and some P90X I know fit back into my wedding dress again and feel better then I ever have! yay me (I know you can throw up now I am done.)

It finally happened. After years of re-doing furniture for myself I have desided to start a furniture blog and sell some of my hand painted pieces! People close to me have been telling me for a long time that I should do this  but do to fear and a comlete lack of coputer savvy I put it off, well no more it is now up and running at http://www.finderskeepersbyjade.blogspot.com/. I am still a complete amature at blogging and all other computer knowledge so please bear with me as I figure out all that it entails. For now feel free to check it out often and tell your friends! Last week we got to go to California for the day with just our little family! It was so fun to be back in California even if it was only for 24 hours! We miss the beach and the yummy weather so much! But that next weekend when we came home to the 90 degree weather we called our favorite cousins and had a little pool party to beat the heat!
